I was just researching sex demons (incubus and succubus) for a story I'm writing, but check this out;

That's a face that would send mothers running out the fucking house, and I'm not just talking about the horse. But the horse is creepy enough. I wouldn't want to have an incubus in my bed; give me a naughty succubus anyday.

In all seriousness, though, I nearly threw my laptop across the room from fright.

*Whimpers and hides in corner*
(Doesn't help that sex demons can also come in as shadows, and I've been seeing shadows around my house for months now.)

Yet, I think Incubus!Draco would be sexy as hell. I'm trying to find if someone can draw him as one, wearing nothing but leather pants (and his wings out) standing on Harry's doorstep. Don't you reckon that'd be hot as hell? *Fans self* I should make a post challenging someone to do it.

I know, aye! The Veela stories need something to contend with. There's only so many of those that one can read without realising that some of them just repeat what the others have done.

A community with incubus fests would be cool, too, to encourage people to write incubus stories.

Anyway, I just posted looking for someone to draw Draco as an incubus. We may even get body piercing and tats out of the deal if someone agrees to draw him.

I think I might have a kink for incubus' and succubus'.

Except I have to have happy endings and I imagine that happy endings for an incubus would be hard. Still I would love to read some. You are right that it would be a nice change from the veela. It can use some of the same ideas but have the cool incubus/succubus stuff.

Yeah, and Veelas are in a kind of a forced bond with their mates, but with an incubus, if their mate gives them the shits, they can go all ninja incubus and scare the crap out of them; no matter what you call them, incubus and succubus have "demon" at the end of "sex". And no one wants to cross a demon.

Plus, for all the people who like top-Draco, the domination in bed would be insanely hot, I reckon.

Ooh, I think I can squeeze out a happy ending. They really aren't my forte, but I think I can try just this once. :) I mean, no matter what I write it usually comes out to have a bit of an unhappy ending. I think I'm just a dark person with an odd taste in reality. XD.

When I used to write for Draco/Ginny, Harry/Luna and Luna/Blaise, I could not write a happy ending to save my life. Even when I forced myself, it came out kind of ambiguous. But my one fic and my comics for H/D are so insanely fluffy with shmoopy endings! It's crazy! XD

Maybe because they aren't really good couples? In my opinion, Draco and Ginny are so far-fetched, they shouldn't even be on the same planet as each other. No wonder they got the unhappy endings. XD

Aww, shmoopy endings! I love the occasional shmoopy endings! I can't write them, though, because I write them like I'd just started typing blindfolded; a week later, I'd be horrified with what I wrote, and probably so will the rest of the people who read it!

It was my pre-slash days. I like couples who fight and Draco and Ginny made the most sense at the time. She was the princess of Gryffindor and he was the prince of Slytherin. Hahaha, but now that couple can die!!! LOL, I seem to have lost my interest in the het. :D

Haha, I guess with every couple you need the opposites attract vibe, simply because everyone needs someone who is not like them. Same here; het stories can die, in my opinion. Sometimes I can't believe I used to write it.

I think that the endings depend on the story. You can't write a sad story and have a completely buoyant happy ending. It would be a massive WTF moment.
